Ivana Matušan

Ivana Matušan is a Master of Economics and PhD candidate with extensive leadership experience in tourism. Since 2016, she has served as the Director of the Rab City Tourist Board, overseeing strategic management, operations, and destination positioning. Her background includes roles as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the hotel industry and an Event Manager. In 2025, she received the prestigious national "Employee of the Year" award within the Croatian tourist board system. She is fluent in Italian and English (C2), a certified EU Project Manager, and an active member of Skal International. Beyond her professional career, she is dedicated to her family's olive farm and preserves local heritage through the Association of Rab Crossbowmen.
