At a meeting in the Ministry of Agriculture, the 6th International Rural Tourism Congress, which will be held from April 10 to 13, 2024, was presented to Minister Marija Vučković, State Secretary Zdravko Tušek and their colleagues.

The meeting was attended by the president of the Organizing Committee and the president of the association "The Village Membership Club" Dijana Katica, the vice president of the Program Committee and dean of the Polytechnic in Virovitica Dejan Tubić, and the member of the Program Committee and scientific advisor at the Institute for Tourism Jasenka Kranjčević.

In addition to the aforementioned institutions, the organizers of the Congress are the Faculty of Management in Tourism and Hospitality of the University of Rijeka, the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek and the Faculty of Economics Zagreb.
