Boris Šuljić

Boris Šuljić is a prominent entrepreneur and visionary who has redefined the gastronomic scene of the island of Pag. He is the owner of the iconic Kalypso club on Zrće as well as the prestigious Boškinac hotel and winery, which has held a Michelin star continuously since 2020. Boškinac has become synonymous with top-tier microlocal cuisine and an avant-garde approach, hosting world-renowned figures such as Anthony Bourdain. For his work, Šuljić has received numerous awards: he is the recipient of the Adrian Award for Best Small Hotel, the Person of the Year recognition (Vinart 2020), and the title of Best Restaurant in Croatia according to Kult Plave Kamenice. With 4 toques in the Gault & Millau guide, Boškinac was also honored in 2024 with the Grand Golden Sunflower award for wine tourism.
