Oliver Kesar

Oliver Kesar is a full professor with tenure at the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. He completed his entire education in tourism. He received his MSc in 2000 on the topic of tourism policy, and his PhD in 2006 on the topic of tourist consumption. Over the past 28+ years, he has proven himself as a teacher, scientist, researcher, reviewer and consultant. His main areas of expertise are tourism economics, special interest tourism and management of tourist attractions. He has participated in several scientific and professional projects and has been a member of many committees at international scientific conferences in tourism. He actively publishes scientific papers, articles and textbooks. In addition to his home faculty, he has also taught at other faculties in Croatia and Slovenia. He is a member of the editorial boards of three international scientific journals and an active member of the Croatian Economic Association (CEA) and the Croatian Meeting Professionals Association (CMPA).
