Dario Magdić

Deputy State Secretary, Central State Office for Croats Abroad

Dario Magdić holds a degree in History from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. After working in education, he spent most of his professional career in the public sector, at local and regional levels, focusing on public policy development in education and on the design and implementation of formal and non-formal programmes and projects of public authorities.

Since 2017, he has been employed at the Central State Office for Croats Abroad, where he served as Head of Service and Head of Sector responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of programmes and projects aimed at Croats outside the Republic of Croatia. In September 2019, he was appointed Deputy State Secretary of the Central State Office for Croats Abroad, a position he currently holds in his second term.
